Navi Bhandal

Development Manager

Navi Bhandal is the Development Manager at The Foundation WA. She graduated in August with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development, specializing in Human Services. This background gave her a strong foundation in understanding people and communities, and how to connect them with meaningful resources and support.
Before entering the nonprofit sector, Navi built extensive management experience in small businesses, where she led teams, oversaw operations, and strengthened community relationships. Her goal is to help eliminate barriers that occur in the community by fostering connections and building support for programs that create lasting impact.
Outside of work, Navi enjoys trying new foods and exploring new places, as well as spending time with her family.
