KAHREANA FRISON
Youth Navigator
Kahreana Frison is a passionate Youth Navigator at The Foundation WA, where she mentors young people, provides in-house support, and helps them discover their interests while building essential life skills and meaningful connections. Her work centers on guiding youth toward their goals and connecting them with resources that help them succeed.
Kahreana’s inspiration comes from the mentors who supported her during her own childhood — people who shaped who she is today. With a desire to give back that same support, she has been involved in youth work since her freshman year of high school and has spent over 15 years working with young people through summer camps and youth programs. One of her proudest accomplishments is designing a successful youth program at a previous organization, where she created the curriculum and built partnerships with the school staff and other community organizations.
Day to day, Kahreana enjoys spending time with the youth — playing games, having conversations about their goals and aspirations, and celebrating their accomplishments. She strives to be a positive role model and a trusted figure they can lean on, someone who makes them feel confident and free to be themselves. Outside of work, Kahreana loves reading and is an avid fan of horror movies.
